The ABC Game – Feel-Good Words to Raise Your Vibe
This playful process is one of my favorite ways to shift energy fast. It’s simple, light, and surprisingly powerful.
It comes from an older Abraham Hicks teaching (back when this was the newest process), but it’s just as magical today. The idea? You work your way through the alphabet, finding feel-good words that bring you closer to the vortex as you go.
There’s no need to overthink it. Just pick words that feel juicy, warm, fun, or uplifting to you.
Not every word on this list will light you up. And that’s okay. Skip what doesn’t resonate. But you might be surprised by how many of them spark something sweet.
