Meditation Does You Good

(Day 7 #365Grateful – Dear daughter went out to Whole Foods and sent this pic to me with the following message “These greens are ZEN. Damn they must meditate a lot”. :D)

So my goal was to meditate every day for 30 days, so far I am doing pretty well. Everyone in my house knows that when the guest bedroom door is closed, they should not come in an bother me. Most of the time, this edict works. 😀

I use the Insight Timer App to track my meditation times.

Meditation Success

Some times, I use the guided meditations from a variety of people from in the app or I play my Abraham Meditations in the back ground and just run the timer over top of it. It all works really well.

I think, for me, it is having a very positive effect on how the day goes for me. Today was a particularly hectic day with lots of unknown outcomes. I can honestly say that with all the interactions I had (a new doctor, phone calls and tweets to bcbsnc, dealing with cell phone issues) turned out very well. The stress didn’t rattle me at all. 🙂 Can’t wait to see where I am when I get to 30 days!
