90, err… Maybe 30 Days of Meditation

Okay, so here’s my plan. I was re-listening to a workshop and came across a couple of tracks where Abraham is talking about how to access the guidance that your inner being can provide.

The quick answer is:

We would encourage any of you who are wanting to receive, who are really deliberately wanting to sit and receive – decide that you’re going to meditate every day for 15 minutes for 90 days.

I already meditate, though not consistently. I am going to do a 30 day meditation challenge. After the 30 day point, it should be a habit and should be easy to continue on for the next 30 and then hopefully the final 30 days.

I have many meditation tools at my disposal to make this happen. I could definitely use some ME time and the added bonus of eventually getting some clear guidance is something to eagerly look forward to.
