As part of the Mind Movies launch, I had the opportunity to take part in Natalie Ledwell’s 7 Secrets to Happiness course. At the very beginning we had to pick a goal to make within the seven weeks. Mine was walking 2 miles in 40 minutes or less. I have had back problems and am a computer potato 😀 so this seemed like something that I could accomplish in time. I also wanted to make sure I could keep up with my kids when we go to Disney in July.
A lot of the pictures in there are of places I want to be able to explore or have already seen and want to see again. When the kids are grown and moved out on their own, travelling HERE I COME!
Cool thing is that I have actually already accomplished my goal! It’s amazing what can happen when I actually set my mind to something! 😀
